The Parkour Basics Clinic is an introduction to basic parkour movements. The clinic is designed for beginners & first timers and will provide instruction on how to progress in a safe fun environment.

The beginner will learn safety rolls learning how to safely maneuver through our obstacle course park! Also all the lead up rolling elements which lead into the bigger flipping and twisting movements will be developed here.
This clinic introduces traceurs to the basic fundamentals of climbing. Used to move vertically (in the majority of cases), both up and down. Climbing is a fundamental skill of Parkour. Climbing builds general strength, endurance, agility and coordination.
JUMPING AND LANDING
The beginner learns basic precision jumps as well as plyometrics which will assist in speed, jumping ability and quickness.
Clinics include: Tic Tac, Cat Jump, Gap jump, Wall run, Wall pass just to name a few!
The intermediate clinics are designed to help the traceur take the basic skills to the next level.
Traceurs will learn progressions for vaulting, this includes lazy, reverse, dash and of course Kong Vaults.
Traceurs will learn how do swing efficiently and safely while building skills such as upstarts, underbar , lachee and flyaways.
Traceurs will learn how to move from obstacle to obstacle through our park learning the fundamentals of free running.
BASIC WALL FLIPS/TRICKING
In the intermediate clinic traceurs will learn how to do wall flips, side flips, basic J step tricking and much more!
The advanced clinics offer expert level instruction for the competitive athlete. Participants must complete all beginner and intermediate clinics in order to attend.
Traceurs Advanced level vaulting will be progressed and perfected in these clinics. Tracuers will learn how to use these movements and focus will be on flow. will learn progressions for vaulting, this includes lazy, reverse, dash and of course Kong Vaults.
Tracers will begin integrating new movements focused on tricking, flips from heights, and combination skills.
ADVANCED FREE RUNNING
These clinics will focus on safely executing competition style runs with higher levels of difficulty, creativity, and flow.
